The Platform

Manage People
Manage all users through the company administration area.  Administrators can set up different divisions within their company and assign those divisions different materials catalogs.  Administrators can also activate and retire users, change permissions, rest passwords and change all user information. If the client is selling duct online administrators can also provide supply-only clients with access to online ordering.

Manage Materials & Workflow
Setting up different fulfillment groups is a critical first step in building an efficient workflow. Every item in your catalog is assigned to a fulfillment group to ensure departments with items on the work order are notified.

In the Product Administration area administrators can add, delete and modify all products, create catalogs for divisions (HVAC, Service, Piping etc.) set pricing, costing and labor factors.

Manage Jobs
In the job administration administrators can set up new jobs as we retiring jobs once they are completed.

Manage Work Orders
The Work Order landing page makes it easy to manage and process all work orders.  Every work order submitted has a Webduct ID number that is never duplicated or delete to ensure all work order can be easily tracked. The items on every incoming work order are automatically, split into the departments you set up and departments with items on the work order are instantly notified.  PDF work orders, costing reports and CSV files are available for this interface.  Each department can set their own production status with an easy pick-list option. Both the Production date and the Delivery dates for each order can be changed as required by administrators.

Production and Delivery Calendars
Every work order entered into Webduct is instantly added to the Production and Delivery Calendars. Administrators can update and change production and delivery dates as needed and the changes are instantly updated for all users.  Production Calendar data can be filtered by department and order status.  Fabrication time for HVAC components can be displayed the total time by day or it can count down remaining fabrication time for the day as orders are completed.

Webduct Dashboard
The Webduct dashboard is provides a quick snapshot of activities for each user based on their permissions.
